The ritual begins with a firming massage to reduce water retention and stimulate circulation. A
detoxifying clay wrap is followed by a bath with warm earthy herbs including phlai and pandanus
to provide a blissful connection with nature.
EARTH ENERGY FOUR HANDS

Experience the restorative benefits of two therapists working in synchronised flow. Four
hands, with warm poultices, massage the body in seamless coordination, relieving tension
using a blend of techniques that provide grounding and healing.
SECRET GARDEN

Steam-heated compresses are placed on the energy centres of the body, then used to
massage the muscles with aromatic oils and long, rhythmic strokes. The homegrown Secret
Garden herbs stimulate, energise and calm - balancing both body and mind.
