healing. The ritual is highlighted by a Jade Gua Sha massage to boost immunity and

NAM VIBRATIONS
60 minutes

This ancient healing practice harnesses the body’s own vibrations to experience deep cleansing.
Water-filled singing bowls placed on the different chakras energise the body and activate energy
points, while promoting relaxation.

AFTER SUN HEALING
90 minutes
Flowing with purpose and intent, this post-sun therapy hydrates and rebalances the sun-kissed
skin. An aloe vera wrap with fresh banana leaves to cool the skin is followed by a hydrating mini
facial and scalp massage to stimulate the hair follicles and combat stress.
